Originally from Istanbul, GiGi’s journey has taken her through San Francisco and Houston before ultimately settling in Miami, often called “The Capital of Capital.” Her international background and experience living in several major cities give her a unique perspective on the diverse clients who are drawn to Miami for its culture, investment opportunities, and lifestyle.

GiGi holds a degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University and an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M. Her professional experience spans commercial real estate, banking, and entrepreneurship, providing her with a strong financial and strategic understanding of the real estate industry. In addition to her work in real estate, she is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and studied at the French Culinary Institute. She is also the founder of Meritaj, a wine import company that celebrates Türkiye’s ancient winemaking traditions while helping build cultural and business connections between Türkiye and the United States.

GiGi combines her passion for real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle to create meaningful experiences for her clients, helping them find not just the right property but the lifestyle that comes with it. She embraces the Miami way of life, from morning beach walks and boating on the bay to yoga and exploring the city’s vibrant culinary scene.

GiGi lives in Miami Beach with her husband and daughter, where every sunset feels like a celebration of the city she proudly calls home. She enjoys connecting with clients and helping them turn their Miami dreams into reality.
